What they are

High waisted control knickers with crossed mesh bands across the front. The bands give compression over the tummy, sides and lower back, and the high waist sits smoothly under clothes.

What changes when you wear them

Your tummy and waist look smoother and more streamlined under what you're wearing, and your clothes drape better over them. It's shapewear, so the effect is there while you're wearing them.

Size & fit

Measure around the narrowest part of your waist and the fullest part of your hips.

Please note: these are compression knickers, designed to fit much closer than regular underwear. If you're between sizes, your hips fall in the next size up, or you prefer less intense compression, we recommend sizing up.

Hand wash, don't use fabric softener, and leave to air dry.

No. They smooth how your tummy looks under your clothes while you wear them. They don't change your body.

Are they suitable after pregnancy or surgery?
They're everyday shapewear, not a medical or post-surgery garment. Please ask your GP or midwife what they recommend.

Will they show under clothes?
The high waist is designed to sit smoothly under clothing. Go for Nude under light or thin fabrics.
