Where do you ship?

We ship within the United Kingdom only.

How much is delivery?

Standard UK delivery is free on every order, with no minimum order value.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, then take an estimated 3 to 10 business days to arrive after dispatch. That is roughly 4 to 12 business days in total. These are estimates rather than guaranteed dates. Full details are on our Shipping page.

What is your returns policy?

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to send something back. Items should be unused, unworn and in their original packaging. Underwear, swimwear, period products and other intimate items cannot be returned once the hygiene seal is opened. Return postage is paid by you. Full details are on our Returns and Refunds page.

How do I start a return?

Email support@remedyne.co.uk with your order number and we will send you the return address and take it from there. Please use a tracked service and keep your proof of postage, as the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us.

Can I exchange something instead?

Yes. Exchanges run on the same 30 days and the same conditions as returns. Tell us what you would like instead when you get in touch. Return postage is paid by you.

How long do refunds take?

Once your return reaches us and has been checked, we refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. There is no restocking fee and no admin fee.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, as long as it has not been processed or dispatched yet. Email us with your order number as soon as you can and we will sort it.
